1. Service Description
Koss Flow CV provides AI-powered resume generation and optimization services. Available services include:
- Manual Builder — free resume creation tool
- Remaster (2 credits) — visual redesign of existing PDF resume
- Elevate (4 credits) — AI content improvement of existing resume
- Target Match (6 credits) — ATS optimization + cover letter for specific vacancy
- Job Hunter (4 credits) — AI scans top platforms for matching remote vacancies
- Interview Prep (6 credits) — AI-generated interview questions and answer frameworks
- LinkedIn Optimizer (4 credits) — optimized LinkedIn profile sections
- Skills Gap Analysis (4 credits) — compare your CV against job requirements
- Follow-Up Email (2 credits) — professional thank-you email after interview
- Salary Negotiation (4 credits) — counter-offer scripts and talking points
2. Credits & Payments
Credits are purchased through the app and used to access AI services. 1 credit = €0.10. Available credit packages:
- 30 credits — €2.99
- 100 credits — €7.99
- 250 credits — €14.99 (Best Value)
- 600 credits — €29.99
All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed via WayForPay. Credit packages are non-transferable and linked to your account only.
New users receive 10 free credits upon registration.

3. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the credits have not been used. A processing fee of 2% applies to all refunds. Refund requests must be submitted to support@kossflow.space. Credits expire after 1 year from the date of purchase.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Koss Flow CV, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
5. Use License
Permission is granted to use Koss Flow CV for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: redistribute, modify or create derivative works, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to reverse-engineer any AI components of the service.
6. User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with all applicable laws. You must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Intellectual Property
The AI-generated resumes produced by the service are owned by you, the user. Koss Flow retains all rights to the platform, technology, and service infrastructure. You grant Koss Flow a limited license to process your uploaded files solely to provide the requested service.
8. Privacy & Data Processing
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
Data retention periods:
- Account data (email, profile): retained until account deletion or 2 years of inactivity
- Uploaded resume files: deleted from processing servers within 24 hours after service completion
- AI-generated output: stored in your account until you delete it or close your account
- Payment records: retained for 5 years as required by Ukrainian tax law
- Usage logs: retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes
You have the right to access, export, and delete your personal data at any time via Settings → Data & Privacy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Koss Flow CV is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the credits used in the relevant transaction.
